The 1859 Goodman-LeGrand House & Grounds are available for bridal portraits, family portraits, outdoor weddings, small meetings, parties and fundraising events. All tours, portrait sessions and rentals must be made in advance.

Goodman-LeGrand Museum Rental Pricing
Museum is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesdays through Saturdays. The facility can be open later for special events.
- Rental During Museum Hours: $200 for 2 hrs. minimum and $50 per hour after.
- Tour Groups of 10 or More: $3 per person minimum
LeGrand Park and Garden Pricing
The LeGrand Park and Garden is open Tuesday - Saturday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Park Rental Fee: $290 per day (8 a.m. to 10 p.m.)
- Special Event Permit: $100
- Damage Deposit: $100 (Refundable)
